Local Author Fest 2022

Local Author Fest 2022

Local published authors are invited to be a part of our upcoming Local Author Fest 2022. You will have an opportunity to sell your books, network with other authors, and listen to selected readings. The Local Author Fest 2022 will be held on Sunday, March 13, 2022 from 2 to 4:30 pm at the Delray Beach Public Library. This event is being co-sponsored by the Women’s National Book Association, South Florida Chapter.

Authors can now reserve a book sale table. The cost is $25 and space is limited. Click the link below to purchase a table.

Besides mingling with readers/writers and selling your book(s), you can also participate in this event by doing a reading of your published work. Readers for the event are wanted. If you would like to be considered to read your work at the festival, please submit a 500-word sample from a published work to isabella.rowan@delraylibrary.org by 5 pm, Monday, February 7th. If your published work is poetry, you may submit 2-3 poems. Your sample must be from a published work. Works in progress are not accepted. Along with your submission include your name, the title of the work, publication date, publisher, and ISBN. Submissions will be reviewed and selected readers will be notified on March 1.
