Meeting Room Rentals
Book a Space for Your Next Meeting!
The Delray Beach Public Library is the heart of the community, which makes it an ideal gathering place for any number of organizations and groups.
We offer several different spaces that are available for a modest fee. If your recognized group or organization is looking to present an educational, cultural or recreational program that will be offered free of charge to the community, we would love to work with you.
Meeting Spaces
The library offers several different spaces with flexible seating arrangements that can accommodate anywhere from 6 to 200 people.
If your organization would like to rent one of the library’s meeting rooms, please complete the application form. All rooms must be reserved in advance, and are offered on a space available basis, so you’ll want to submit your application as soon as possible. We are usually able to process requests within three business days.
For further information on reserving meeting rooms, including rates and on-site equipment, please contact Scott Lauzier at: scott.lauzier@delraylibrary.org or (561) 266-0799.
