Something For Everyone!

For Children
Nurturing each child’s curiosity, creativity and infinite potential.
Children’s Services provide a variety of materials and programs for children, their families, and educators to ignite curiosity, fuel discovery, and encourage creativity. From early literacy to independent readers, programs and activities are designed to encourage a love of reading and learning.
Tweens, ages 10-12, enjoy age-appropriate programs and materials. They also have a special space called the Tween Cove helping them transition to the teen years. These programs are funded by the library’s funders and donors.
FREE online homework help and tutoring is available with your library card.

BrainFuse HelpNow – Homework
Free homework help is available for students in grades K-12. There is also an Adult Learning Center.
For Teens
You can join the fun and earn service hours by attending our Young Adult Programs here at the library-here’s how:
- Fill out a Teen Volunteer Form and return it either in-person, or by emailing it to Natalie.baron@delraylibrary.org
- Sign up for Remind by texting @delrayteen to 81010 so that you never miss an announcement.
- Browse our Teen Program calendar to see what programs you may be interested in. Register for them by clicking on the program and filling out the information. (Please make sure the email you sign up with is spelled correctly!)
You can earn service hours for every program that you come to by attending our once monthly Teen Advisory Board Meeting, having a signed volunteer form, and being registered for Remind.
In addition to earning hours by attending programs, teens can also volunteer their time by doing tasks such as shelving or small programs. For more information on that, please look at our Volunteer Page
If you have any questions or comments, you can reach out to our Young Adult librarian directly by emailing her at Natalie.baron@delraylibrary.org
In addition to all of this, you can hang out in our exclusive Teen Room: a sunny space with four computers, study tables, a television, video games, a Bluetooth speaker, and plenty of seating. Best of all, no adults are allowed!
And don’t forget, your Delray Beach Public Library card gives you 24/7 access to a host of resources, including:
Including graphic novels, books and movies!
