Merrill Rutman, professional résumé coach, will provide free résumé coaching by appointment only on Tuesday afternoons starting January 6 through March 17 in a 45-minute private session at the Library. Since 2009 he has helped hundreds of job seekers to create effective résumés and compelling cover letters and marketing letters that grab and hold hiring officials’ attention. Merrill is a former executive recruiter and award-winning technical writer.
Applicants must have or obtain a free Delray Beach Public Library card to use this service. Attendees are asked to bring a printed copy of their most recent résumé or work history to their session and arrive at least 15 minutes before their appointment to complete an important questionnaire.
