Join the University of Miami Comprehensive Center for Brain Health for a series of free entertaining and educational programs on how to build a better brain.

Find out about actions you can take to improve yourself now that make lasting impacts on not only your brain health but your overall health. Clinicians and staff from University of Miami’s CCBH, now with a location in Boca Raton, will cover topics such as diet, mental health, physical and social activities and how they impact brain health in this dynamic series. All programs are free, but registration is required.

How to Build a Better Brain through Better Food Choices

Explore the MIND diet that targets the health of the aging brain. Research shows that you don’t have to follow the MIND diet perfectly to benefit from it. In a recent study, adults who followed it rigorously,   lowered their AD risk by as much as 53%. Those who only followed it moderately lowered their risk by 35%. Come and learn more so that you can do something today that your future self will thank you for.
