On display at the Library will be works by Florida artists:

Jeff Harris- As a South Florida artist living in Deerfield Beach, Harris is influenced by the sub-tropic foliage, forms and vivid colors within nature. His subject matter comes from ordinary surroundings that most people pass by in their busy lives. These items that we pass by are those that he chooses to paint in order to call our attention to them as art. Being classically trained in the principles and techniques of art, his medium is oil based and allows for pure luminosity. He creates images that glow as in nature! His influence is impressionism through photorealism.

Johanna Boccardo- A native of Venezuela, Boccardo, currently lives in South Florida and is a water colorist and children's illustrator. She enrolled at the Instituto de Diseno de Caracas to study illustration. To advance her education she relocated to Sarasota, Florida, where she received her Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts at Ringling School of Art & Design. From there she moved to Spain, where she learned to illustrate books for both national and international publishers. She currently lives in Miami and creates fantastic worlds and characters.

The works of A.J. Levin - featuring oil paintings of landscapes & still life; B. Zalon - featuring etchings including his "Ball" series; Michael Smith - featuring combination prints; and A. M Campos - featuring oils paintings of landscapes will also be on display in this unique exhibit.

Jon Lane- is a Digital Photographer who is inspired by passion, beauty, originality and the courage of his convictions. He is fascinated with how nature, people and chance arrange things randomly. He likes to capture these interesting juxtapositions and share these happy accidents with others. Born and raised in New York City, Lane now splits his time between New York and South Florida.
