Development Authority new GIFT CARD program.Don't know what to buy? Gift cards have become the exciting new way to answer the dilemma of what to buy for your family members, friends, business associates or just to say thank you to someone you know. Gift cards allow someone to choose the gift they want, and with over 140 merchants participating in our program, the variety is nearly endless.
Gift cards are available at the Circulation Desk and may be purchased for amounts from $20 to $500 per card. Cards may be purchased with credit and/or cash. The $1.50 activation fee is in addition to the face value of the card.
